How long does the Buyer Application process take?

Submitting a Buyer Application should be fairly simple, taking anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once you've submitted your application, our team will review and respond within 72 hours.

Why is there a Buyer Application process?

We believe in growing this community with intentionality. Buyer Applications allow us to get to know each interested community member and consider how they might benefit from our platform–and add value for the entire House Codes community.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We recommend confirming your preferred payment method at the beginning of each event to ensure a seamless live check-out experience.

How do House Codes live events work?

During an event, sellers will showcase their curation of items and push them for sale live to their audience as they share details on provenance, materials, and styling. Anyone in attendance may buy the item in real-time, provided they be the first to complete check-out. To ensure all prospective buyers have a seamless check-out experience, we strongly advise that all payment and shipping information is saved during account creation.
