How do House Codes live events work?

During an event, sellers will showcase their curation of items and push them for sale live to their audience as they share details on provenance, materials, and styling. Anyone in attendance may buy the item in real-time, provided they be the first to complete check-out. To ensure all prospective buyers have a seamless check-out experience, we strongly advise that all payment and shipping information is saved during account creation.

How long does the Seller Application process take?

Submitting a Seller Application should be fairly simple, taking anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once you've submitted your application, our team will review and respond within 72 hours.

Is livestreaming experience required in order to apply?

No. We encourage all luxury sellers to apply regardless of livestreaming experience. Our team is here to provide whatever level of support you need–from audio-visual troubleshooting to co-hosting, and everything in between.
